In which I discover a new blog and reference some other people with the last name Gagne

Last night I found the blog with the coolest ‘design’: thinkdink! What’s even cooler is that a) she’s like the fifth really cool Jessica I’ve met in the last two months b) she has a friend with an awesome site as well…

I bonked on guessing what dink acronyms. (Am I allowed to verbify acronym?) It’s right there on the main page: delving into naked kvetching. I guessed David Is Not Kidding! And yes, Jess, there is a hockey player named Dave Gagne. Please, one and all, note that my name is David and not Dave. My arm of the Gagne clan pronounces it gag-nee and not gah-nyay, in case you’re wondering. There is also a pitcher for the LA Dodgers named Eric Gagne. The Minnesota Twins had a Greg Gagne for a while. Several weeks ago I had a list of a gaggle of David Gagnes I had found on-line.

What Is This?

davidgagne.net is the personal weblog of me, David Vincent Gagne. I've been publishing here since 1999, which makes this one of the oldest continuously-updated websites on the Internet.

A few years ago I was trying to determine what cocktails I could make with the alcohol I had at home. I searched the App Store but couldn't find an app that would let me do that, so I built one.
