In which I get an infection

Don’t bother to ask how it happened. Budweiser, my home PC, got infected with the Anna Kournikova virus. No, it wasn’t my fault. No, I don’t have any anti-virus software. No, I haven’t been able to find a way to disinfect it for free. So. If anyone knows how I can get rid of this 0-byte file without using McAfee or Norton or whatnot, please let me know. Thanks.
