One of my favorite Twitter sportswriters is @celebrityhottub from one of my favorite websites, everydayshouldbesaturday.com. A few months ago – during The Masters – he posted a string of thoughts on golf that perfectly describe why the sport is so frustrating:

I like golf because it is the only sport where if you lose, it is Entirely Your Fault.

Team sports teach you how to work with a group for a common goal. Sports like tennis teach you to persevere against a worthy foe.

Golf’s only lesson is that The Bad Things In Your Life Are Because Of Things You Did.
